Who is eligible for CancerLINC’s services?
Cancer patients and their immediate families in the Greater Richmond Area. This includes the City of Richmond, Petersburg, Hopewell, Colonial Heights, and the 13 surrounding counties of Amelia, Caroline, Charles City, Chesterfield, Dinwiddie, Goochland, Hanover, Henrico, King William, New Kent, Powhatan, Prince George, and Sussex.
Is there a fee for CancerLINC’s services?
There is no fee for CancerLINC's counseling and referral services.
Will my CancerLINC attorney or financial planner charge a fee?
CancerLINC’s volunteer attorneys and financial planners do not charge a fee as long as you meet our income qualifications.
Does CancerLINC provide financial assistance to clients?
No, CancerLINC does not provide financial assistance in the form of grants. However, CancerLINC can provide eligible individuals with information about resources that do provide financial assistance.
