Issues that can disrupt your life and take a toll on your health. But if you or your loved one is fighting cancer, now you have somewhere to turn for help.

LINC was founded to improve the lives of cancer patients and their families by helping with these financial and legal issues.

arrange for the care and custody of children

prepare for the future through estate planning, powers of attorney, and advanced medical directives

apply for Medicare, Medicaid and Social Security Disability benefits

Counseling Services
LINC’s services are available for any individual whose need for LINC services arises from the diagnosis or treatment of cancer.

There is no fee for counseling, but please note that LINC does not provide financial assistance.
We will help clients locate other sources of funding in the community, when possible.

Legal Representation
Some of the issues that cancer patients encounter may require the assistance of a lawyer. While LINC does not provide legal representation, it does refer individuals to attorneys who are interested in representing cancer patients. Low-income individuals may be eligible for free legal assistance. Fees are based on ability to pay.
