The Katz-Hodges Founders Circle: Named in honor of LINC’s founders and cancer survivors, Phyllis Katz and Ann Hodges, this esteemed giving level is reserved for those that make yearly, impactful gifts of $5,000 or more.

Challengers: $500-$999

Collaborators: $50-$99

Advocates: $49 and below
